  1. Contract Activation: The service plan contract activates upon confirmation of payment. Once activated, any changes requested—such as the relocation of devices or adding new devices to the AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)—will incur additional costs.
  2. Comprehensive and Non-Comprehensive AMC: Our service plan is available in two types: comprehensive and non-comprehensive. The comprehensive AMC covers all parts and labor for repairs and replacements, while the non-comprehensive AMC only includes labor costs, with parts charged separately.
  3. Free Relocation Services: The eight free relocation services cover only CCTV cameras, PIR sensors, hooters, and smoke or heat sensors. Relocation of the main panel or any recording devices is not included and will be charged separately.
  4. Joints Protection: The rubber coating applied as part of joints protection covers only cable joints and weather-exposed connectors.
  5. Downtime Coverage: The 24-hour downtime support covers only business working hours and does not include issues arising from natural disasters, which may prevent service provision.
