  2. Comprehensive and Non-Comprehensive AMC: Our service plan is offered in two options: comprehensive and non-comprehensive. The comprehensive AMC covers all parts and labor for repairs and replacements, while the non-comprehensive AMC includes labor costs only, with parts charged separately.
  3. Free Relocation Services: The three free relocation services are limited to CCTV cameras, PIR sensors, hooters, and smoke or heat sensors. The relocation of main panels or recording devices is not included and will incur separate charges.
  4. Joints Protection: The PVC coating applied for joints protection covers only cable joints and connectors that are exposed to weather elements.
  5. Downtime Coverage: The 48-hour downtime support is applicable only during business working hours and does not cover issues resulting from natural disasters or force majeure events.
